TVFCATEOD Chapter 104

Bai Qingqing’s lips let out a soft moan as he pressed her against the wall cabinet and took what he wanted from her without reservation.

Her body went limp, as if a raindrop had fallen onto a soft and powerless peony, her cheeks flushed with a seductive blush, and her breath became rapid and erratic.

Fu Chen held her and kissed her passionately, dissolving the frustration from earlier in the morning. His handsome face was filled with joy as he held onto her waist, pinching her perky nose. In a hoarse voice, he said, “Letting you eat more doesn’t mean you don’t eat at all.”

“You’re the one who said I’ve been getting fat because of you.” Bai Qingqing glared at him with dewy eyes, her slightly swollen lips looking alluring.

Fu Chen embraced her from behind, his forehead covered in sweat. He tightened his strong arms and casually said, “You’re not fat anywhere.”

Bai Qingqing snorted a few times, her blushing cheeks showing no signs of fading. On the contrary, they seemed to be getting redder. She bit her cherry-like lips tightly.

Fu Chen lowered his head and kissed her neck, his scorching breath spraying onto her graceful neck, causing a slight tingling sensation like a mild electric shock. She couldn’t help but tilt her head back, her voice soft and tender. “Where did you buy this knife? Was it at an auction?”

Such precious items couldn’t be found in ordinary stores. The only possible source would be an auction, where collectors put up their treasures for sale.

Fu Chen held her soft body from behind, his hot sweat dripping from his forehead. He tightened his powerful arms and said, “Not at an auction. I got it from my grandfather.”

Bai Qingqing was startled and turned to look at him, her watery eyes filled with concern. “You gave me such a valuable item so casually? Won’t your grandfather say anything?”

Fu Chen looked at her alluring appearance, his gaze deepening. In a hoarse voice, he said, “I gave it to you, so just keep it. It’s not something valuable.”

To describe a family heirloom as not something valuable and casually give it to Qingqing, if his grandfather found out about his understatement, he would probably be furious.

Bai Qingqing’s beautiful face blushed with a smile as she noticed his Adam’s apple bobbing. She reached out to gently touch it, and his body trembled. He gritted his teeth and held her hand, biting her finger as a warning. “Don’t provoke me.”

Bai Qingqing’s clear innocent eyes looked at him as if she were completely pure. She said softly, “I didn’t provoke you. It’s you…” Her cheeks turned red, and she gently spoke three words.

Fu Chen’s self-control almost collapsed. This naughty girl had defeated him.

Bai Qingqing escaped from his embrace and tidied up her dishevelled clothes. She scolded him, “I’m going back to my room. Rest early.”

Fu Chen watched her quickly leave, helplessly hooking his lips. If it weren’t for the fact that the base was really busy lately, he wanted her to know the cost of provoking him.

As soon as Bai Qingqing returned to her room, she put down the knife and went to the bathroom to freshen up. She had been intimate with Fu Chen, and he couldn’t help but hold her gently and even engage in some borderline behaviour.

She felt like a small bunny being kneaded and flattened, only able to be trapped in his embrace. Dog of a man. Hmph. She quickly stopped her thoughts and her cheeks grew warm

.

In the bathroom mirror, she saw her own shy appearance, clearly immersed in the river of love. It made her feel embarrassed. She noticed a mark on the back of her neck.

She used her fingertips to touch it, a slightly embarrassed and angry expression on her face. It was definitely a strawberry-like mark left by his forceful kiss. She had to let her hair down to cover it up, so no one would see it.

After taking a shower, she lay on the bed and took out her phone, intending to play games. She keenly sensed a tall figure outside.

Oh, right. Liang Zhiyu was still waiting for her answer. She got up and went to open the floor-to-ceiling glass door. “You’re here. I’ve made up my mind. I’m not going with you.”

The man turned around, his magnificent silver-grey eyes looking at her calmly, causing an inexplicable sense of oppression.

Bai Qingqing’s pupils shrank intensely, her heart stopping for a moment. Escape, hide, shout. Before she could take any action, her body was suddenly pulled into his arms, and a big hand covered her mouth tightly.

Bai Qingqing’s whole body turned cold as if it had been frozen. A chilling sensation crept up her spine.

“Hush.” The man’s cold lips pressed against her ear, his voice icy. “Don’t scream. I don’t want you to attract them.”

Bai Qingqing’s mind suddenly froze. She never expected to see Shen Mingxuan again. Wasn’t he injured by Fu Chen and Cheng Rui and led two high-level zombies away from the Jingzhou Base?

Why was he here? And how did he escape the strict checks and sneak into the base?

Before she could figure it out, Shen Mingxuan restrained her and silently left the Fu family villa. They headed towards the exit of the base under the cold moonlit night.

The cold night breeze blew, causing her hair to flutter. She couldn’t escape and could only be taken further and further away from the Fu family by him.

Bai Qingqing’s mind was in chaos. She had already witnessed the strength of the Zombie Emperor in the City of Death. The supreme power of the higher-ups could exert immense pressure with just a single glance.

The human base could filter and prevent low-level zombies from entering, but it couldn’t stop the Zombie Emperor. No one expected the injured Zombie Emperor to return to the base despite the danger, all for the purpose of taking her away.

Bai Qingqing was extremely anxious. She felt that Shen Mingxuan, after turning into a zombie, would be even colder, more arrogant, and more insane than before. Even if she knew he liked her, she couldn’t guarantee her safety.

What if this lunatic wanted to turn her into a zombie as well?

Moonlight poured down from above, cascading onto him. The man’s beautiful yet cold face appeared, and he smoothly led her out of the base, heading in a certain direction.

Far away from the Jingzhou Base, Shen Mingxuan brought her to a town dozens of miles away and entered a building.

Bai Qingqing once again saw the two zombie kings, Zhou Hang and Yang Li. When they saw Shen Mingxuan return unharmed, their expressions relaxed slightly. Some people were strong but couldn’t become leaders.

While some people naturally possessed the charisma of a leader and could become leaders, their strength was not as great as Shen Mingxuan’s, which was why they faithfully followed him.

On the day when the zombies surrounded the city, Shen Mingxuan was injured by Fu Chen and Cheng Rui and temporarily retreated from the Jingzhou Base. Originally, they were supposed to return to the Zombie Empire, but the Zombie Emperor changed his mind.

He actually went to the Jingzhou Base alone, just to take Bai Qingqing back. Zhou Hang and Yang Li disagreed, but they couldn’t sway the Zombie Emperor’s decision. Fortunately, he safely returned to their resting place.

As the top of the zombie food chain, only Bai Qingqing was a human among them. She had nowhere to escape.

Shen Mingxuan pulled Bai Qingqing into a room, threw her onto the soft bed, and casually sat down on the sofa, staring at her in silence.

Bai Qingqing climbed up from the bed, trying to move away from him and glared at him. “What do you want?”

Shen Mingxuan, dressed in a black shirt and casual pants, had his left hand wrapped in a tattered bandage. He sat on the sofa with an indifferent expression, not answering her.

Bai Qingqing glanced at his left hand again and a strange thought crossed her mind. Could the bandage on his arm be the gauze she used to dress his wound more than a year ago?

Her gaze shifted, filled with astonishment, as she looked at Shen Mingxuan.

Could it be true? Has he actually fallen in love with her?

Shen Mingxuan saw her staring at the bandage and raised his hand slightly to show her. A cynical smile tugged at the corner of his lips as he said, “What’s the matter? Does it look familiar?”

He lightly touched the bandage. “You’re not mistaken. This is the bandage you used to dress my wound, and I’ve kept it all this time.”

Bai Qingqing pursed her lips and said, “Back then, you went to save Bai Tiantian, not me.”

Shen Mingxuan felt a pang of pain in his chest. He suddenly stood up, grabbed her face tightly, stared at her fiercely, and gritted his teeth. “You really have no heart, woman.”

Bai Qingqing turned her head, trying to break free from his grip. Her eyebrows furrowed as she said, “I saved you, took care of you. If you have a conscience, Shen Mingxuan, you should send me back.”

She didn’t want to be associated with zombies, especially since she suppressed her disgust and fear in order to survive and complete the mission, which included taking care of this zombie.

Shen Mingxuan observed her expression and only saw disgust in her eyes.

“People say that zombies have no trace of humanity, but his heart feels like it has been stabbed by a sharp knife, ruthlessly stirring inside. And she is the executioner.

He would rather have perished on his own than be picked up and cared for by her, only to be heartlessly abandoned again.

“Go back?” Shen Mingxuan sneered, “You’re dreaming. Do you think I brought you out just to let you go?”

Bai Qingqing’s face turned pale. He really had no intention of letting her go. She narrowed her eyes, her gaze icy and disdainful, as she mockingly smiled, “You’ve fallen in love with me?”

Shen Mingxuan’s silver-grey pupils contracted, his thin lips pressed into a straight line.

Bai Qingqing looked up at him and said, “Since you’ve regained your memory, you shouldn’t have forgotten what you said.”

“You said I wasn’t worthy,” she uttered each word slowly, as if digging into his heart, causing blood to spill.

A sharp pain pierced Shen Mingxuan’s heart, and she thrust another knife at him. Her voice was cold as ice, “I also said that you better not fall in love with me, or you will regret it.”

His face tightened, even twisted into a grimace. “You never said that.”

Bai Qingqing coldly smiled, “It’s not too late to say it now.”

“You played with me, trampled on my dignity and crushed it under your feet. Did you ever think this day would come?”

Shen Mingxuan clenched her face tightly, his expression fierce as he growled, “Shut up!”

He was afraid of falling in love with her, clearly feeling something but pretending he didn’t, still resorting to harsh words, even if exposed by Xiao Yang, he refused to admit it.

Little did he know, he would gradually fall, and even now, even if he tore out his heart, he still couldn’t let her go.

Bai Qingqing couldn’t speak anymore. She looked at him with a cold, disdainful gaze, as if she were looking at a monster, full of contempt and indifference.

Shen Mingxuan’s eyes turned bloodshot, his heart throbbing, and a severe headache. He wished he could kill her.

His large hand gripped her delicate neck, tightening his grip.

Bai Qingqing’s face turned red, gradually unable to breathe. In her desperation, she swung her hand and landed a loud slap on his face.

Shen Mingxuan suddenly sobered up, released his grip, and stared blankly at the coughing girl.

He returned to the sofa with a gloomy face, staring directly at her and said, “If you don’t want to die, you better behave and not provoke me with your words.”

Bai Qingqing covered her burning neck and looked at him with cold eyes.
