Bai Qingqing’s expression turned grim. She squatted down and asked him, “Where did the others go?”
Shen Mingxuan kept his head lowered and his tone remained icy, “Go back to where you came from and find them.”
“Let’s go,” Bai Qingqing stood up.
Shen Mingxuan didn’t get up and shouted at her in a harsh voice, “Get lost!”
Bai Qingqing was inexplicably angered by his outburst and felt like giving him a slap. She suppressed her anger and said, “Get up quickly, let’s go back together.”
“Go away!” Shen Mingxuan yelled with bloodshot eyes.
Bai Qingqing was startled, a sense of foreboding flashed through her mind, and she asked, “You…”
Shen Mingxuan staggered to his feet and sneered at her, “That’s right, I’m injured. I’ll turn into a zombie soon. Are you satisfied now?”
It was truly ridiculous. He was actually injured and would become a hideous monster. He was no longer human.
