A large group of zombies chased after them. Bai Tiantian hurriedly ran to the front, pressed a button, and turned it to open the car door. “Quick, get in!”
The girl struggled to get up from the ground, grabbed Bai Tiantian’s hand, and jumped into the car. The car door automatically closed.
“I’ll go up and help them.” Liang Zhiyu hurriedly passed by from the living room, glanced at Bai Tiantian who was comforting the girl, and went upstairs through the internal staircase to the rooftop.

Mist City was the most terrifying place apart from the City of Death. Survivors and ability users stayed away from this place. The sudden appearance of this woman made Bai Qingqing remain vigilant.
The woman’s face was dirty, and she felt somewhat humiliated upon hearing Bai Qingqing’s words. She glared at her.
Bai Tiantian was about to speak, but when she met Bai Qingqing’s cold gaze, she timidly refrained from speaking up for the woman.
Bai Qingqing said indifferently, “Take off your clothes, or should I do it for you?”
A displeased look flashed in the woman’s eyes. She took off her jacket and was only wearing a white camisole. Although her body was dirty, no wounds could be seen.

The modified car stopped under an apartment building, and there were a few low-level zombies wandering around, posing no significant danger. The team returned to the living room.

“Team Leader Fu.” Bai Tiantian quickly explained the situation to him. “She is Li’s scientist assistant.”

Just as Fu Chen came out of the bathroom, he saw Xiao Yang getting close to Bai Qingqing again, his eyebrows furrowing, and his gaze turning gloomy.

Xiao Yang turned his head and looked, asking, “Fu Ge, do you need something?”
Fu Chen walked up to him, grabbing his collar, and said in a cold voice, “What did I tell you? Don’t you remember?”
Xiao Yang smiled unabashedly and replied, “Fu Ge, you can drink your own water, but you can’t stop others from digging a well. There’s no such rule in this world.”
There was a hint of provocation in his eyes, clearly stating that unless Fu Chen kicked him out, he wouldn’t stop pursuing Qingqing.
Fu Chen’s gaze turned sinister as he coldly said, “Stay away from my ‘sister.’”
He emphasized the word “sister” heavily, as if he wanted to crush Xiao Yang’s bones, emitting a dangerous aura.
Bai Qingqing couldn’t help but feel that the relationship between Fu Chen and Xiao Yang wasn’t as good as before. Xiao Yang seemed like a rebellious teenager constantly provoking Fu Chen, and Fu Chen’s attitude towards him was also unpleasant.
